![]() One of the more rare and unique Toronto lofts, 26 Noble is a converted 1920s mattress factory that is now home to only 11 live-work lofts. It is a co-ownership, owned and run by a group of artists, and any new buyers have to be approved by the board. As such, the building is self-managed, with decent maintenance fees. This building has high wood-plank ceilings, exposed pipes and is truly the traditional type of loft conversion. Only a few have ever been on MLS, don’t hold your breath for a listing. Ansonia Lofts – 142 Spadina Road![]() The Ansonia Lofts is another case of the myth being much more interesting than the truth.
