Pier 27 will be Toronto’s new landmark sculpture of glass and steel right on the water’s edge, possessing a commanding international presence.

Pier 27 is built in the midst of Toronto’s waterfront community, it is located on Queen’s Quay and directly across it is a Loblaws, an LCBO as well as many restaurants and clubs!

I just received the latest price list for Pier27. Condo suites are well-priced for a boutique building. They have 2-bed units with 1,347sf for $1,449,000 and 2-bed plus dens with 1,722sf for $1,514,000. Sub-penthouse units with 2-beds and 1,139sf for $834,000 and 2+dens with 1,132sf for $892,000. There are also townhouse units ranging from 1,920sf at $1,450,000 to 2,311sf for $1,698,000.

I do not know which views they have, but any of them facing south would be amazing. All have 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite/quartz/marble counters and Subzero/Miele appliances. Parking and locker are extra of course, at $40,000 and $4,500 each respectively.

Phase 2 also has units ranging up to 3 bedrooms and 1,603sf for $1,535,000. Lots of interesting options…
