Bidding wars belong in Toronto marketplace

I am having a hard time getting upset about real estate bidding wars.

The same purchasers who denounce the event pray it will happen when their own house is up for sale.

An agent’s job is to generate the highest price for the vendor, period. Adults capable of voluntarily paying six or seven figure prices for a home should not ask for sympathy because the process gets stressful.

Here’s a tip: “Just say no!”

The sun will still rise the next morning.
